Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active.
Important: Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, customs holds, or damages that occur during transit.

6. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the eligibility conditions below.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing components will not be accepted.
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or delayed returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
