1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 15 business days after payment confirmation. This timeframe includes order validation, quality checks, and preparation for dispatch.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended, and we will communicate any significant delays via email.
Once your order has been packed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Order fulfillment and shipping are managed through Shopify Shipping, which automatically connects us to reliable carrier services for faster and more accurate handling.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers integrated via Shopify Shipping. The available shipping methods for your location will be automatically displayed at checkout, based on your delivery address and item availability.
Carrier options may include services like USPS, UPS, DHL, and other regional providers, depending on the destination country or region.
All shipping methods offered include tracking and are selected to provide a balance between delivery speed and cost.
If you have specific shipping preferences or restrictions, please contact our support team before placing your order.
3. Shipping Costs & Checkout Calculation
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Our system uses real-time rates provided by Shopify Shipping through our partnered carriers.
You will see all available shipping options and their respective costs before completing your purchase. The final shipping fee will be included in your order total at checkout.
Please note that promotional discounts or free shipping offers (if available) will be applied automatically or via code entry, as specified in the promotion terms.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are displayed during the checkout process and are based on the shipping method selected and your delivery location. These timeframes are provided directly by the carriers integrated via Shopify Shipping and may vary depending on your region, carrier performance, and other factors such as customs processing or local holidays.
Please note that all orders are processed and shipped from the United States within 15 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times do not include weekends or major US holidays.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates. Delays caused by the carrier or external circumstances are beyond our control.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow the shipment’s progress. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to update the tracking status in their system.
Tracking details are provided by the carriers integrated with Shopify Shipping and may vary depending on the chosen shipping method. If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
You can also view your tracking status at any time by logging into your account on our website, if applicable.
6. International Shipping & Customs
Essence Jewelry proudly ships internationally through trusted carriers available via Shopify Shipping. Shipping rates and delivery estimates for international orders are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and selected service.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Delays caused by customs inspections or local import processes are beyond our control. We recommend checking your country’s import policies before placing an order.
7. Local Pickup (if enabled)
If local pickup is enabled for your region, this option will be displayed at checkout alongside available shipping methods.
After your order is processed and ready, you will receive an email with instructions and the pickup address. Please wait for this confirmation before attempting to collect your order.
You may be asked to present a valid photo ID and order confirmation at the time of pickup.
8. Shipping Liability
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package passes to the customer. This includes any risks of loss, theft, or damage during or after delivery.
We recommend shipping to a secure location where someone is available to receive the package. If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you haven't received the item, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.
Essence Jewelry is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
9. Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. In such cases, the customer is responsible for any new shipping costs incurred.
Essence Jewelry is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information.
